Air Fryer Banana Bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F). It will take roughly 5 minutes.
  2. Grease and line a 11cm (4.3 in) x 20cm (7.9 in) loaf pan.
  3. Combine the self-rising flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Beat together the banana, oil, eggs, and honey.
  5. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  6. Pour the banana bread mixture into the loaf pan. Smooth the surface.
  7. Place the loaf pan into the air fryer basket.
  8. Air fry for 50 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack.
  10. Serve & Enjoy.
