  1. Preheat an oven to 160°C (320°F)
  2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  3. Once well combined, pour the mix into a lined cake tin (22cm / 9 in.) and bake for 40 minutes.
  4. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan. Turn out onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
  5. Serve & Enjoy
