  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Sift the dry ingredients together.
  3. Add wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Try not to overwork the muffin batter.
  4. Fold in the raspberries.
  5. In a greased muffin tin, fill each muffin hole to about three quarters.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  7. Leave to sit in the tray for about 5 minutes before placing on a cooling rack.
  8. Serve & Enjoy.
