Gluten-Free Pizza Dough Cooked



  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F).
  2. In a large bowl, add and mix the dry ingredients.
  3. Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles light breadcrumbs.
  4. Mix in the egg, milk, garlic, and mixed herbs. Continue to mix until it forms a soft dough.
  5. Gently press the dough into the desired size pizza.
  6. Blind bake the pizza for 8 minutes.
  7. Add your toppings.
  8. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
  9. Serve & Enjoy.
