Instructions

  1. Firstly, preheat an oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Add the chopped apple into a large saucepan along with the cinnamon, lemon juice and 2 Tbsp. of water.
  3. Place the pot over medium heat and cook for 5-15 minutes or until the apple has softened.
  4. While the apple is cooking prepare the topping by placing the almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, coconut oil, honey & cinnamon in a bowl.
  5. Using your fingers combine the ingredients until it starts to resemble large breadcrumbs.
  6. Once the apple is cooked, place into an ovenproof 8×8 pan.
  7. Add the topping on top of the apple making sure you cover the apple completely.
  8. Place into the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown.
  9. Serve & Enjoy
