Paleo Beef and Broccoli

Instructions

  1. In a wok or skillet, heat the coconut oil.
  2. Once hot, add the beef and cook until browned. (You may need to do this in two batches)
  3. Once browned, remove the beef from the pan.
  4. In the same pan, add the onion, bell pepper, broccoli and cook for 3-5 minutes. (Continually stirring).
  5. Add the garlic, ginger, coconut aminos, water and the beef.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve & Enjoy
