As you probably already know smoothies aren’t the most complex thing to quickly make. However, they can also be difficult to get perfect. Finding that right combination of ingredients can both be time consuming and costly.

I mention on most of the recipes that you don’t need to have fresh fruit to make a good healthy smoothie. You can swap the fresh fruit for frozen and it will taste just about the same. It is also likely to be a bit cooler and thicker as well.
